We welcome referrals from professionals, organisations and families who believe our programme could benefit a young person.

Our simple referral process helps us understand the young person’s needs and how we can best support them.

OUR REFERRAL PROCESS

1. Get in touch

Contact us through our Contact Us page, give us a call or send us an email to tell us about the young person you’d like to refer.

2. Let’s have a conversation

We’ll talk through the young person’s circumstances, needs and what they hope to achieve, and answer any questions you may have.

3. Meet & plan

If the programme looks like a good fit, we’ll meet with the young person and agree how we can best support them.

4. Start programme

When ready, the young person joins our 12-week programme.
